PRAYERS THAT DESTROY OPPRESSION

There are times when we need more than just our regular prayers. God gives us passages or scriptures to clean ourselves and restore our purity so that the Holy Spirit can indwell in us, creating a super positive charged environment, where we can fight more efficiently. These passages or scriptures are some of the best. I like to pray over myself daily with numerous scriptures that clean out, cast out and band Legion. God commands you to speak aloud. He wants your enemy to hear these God given commands that will make them come out and flee. God’s Word is your weapon. So speak it aloud. You may feel yucky or want to stop praying and commanding the enemy out but don’t stop. The enemy will flee in a number of ways even if you are saved. Saved people still sin. We are all human and fallible. Mine come out in yawns. I thought it or they would come out like you see in the movies but it’s in yawns. Whatever way they come, let them come out. We open a door to them on a daily basis, so keep a short leash on sin. I saw a title once that said the devil is afraid of me. I disagree. Legion is not afraid of us and we will lose if we go at it alone. They are, however, deathly afraid of Jesus. They bow to Him. They flee from His presence. They flee at His voice and the words he speaks. They flee at the power of the Holy Spirit that flows through you. In Christ, you have the power of self-deliverance. God gives you this power through acceptance of Jesus as your Savior and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Anything else is false. You are given the same power that Jesus had when casting demons out. Keep coming back to these prayers that destroy oppression and say them aloud in Jesus name. You are a warrior of God.

Now Let Us Break Bread!

  • I rebuke and cast out any spirit that would attempt to oppress me in the name of Jesus.
  • Jesus, You went about doing good and healing all those oppressed of the devil (Acts 10:38).
  • I strip all power from spirits that would oppress me (Eccles. 4:1).
  • I rebuke and cast out all spirits of poverty that would oppress me (Eccles. 5:8).
  • I rebuke all spirits of madness and confusion that would attempt to oppress my mind in the name of Jesus (Eccles. 7:7).
  • O Lord, undertake for me against all my oppressors (Isa. 38:14).
  • Lord, You are my refuge from the oppressor (Ps. 9:9).
  • Deliver me from the wicked that would oppress me and from my deadly enemies that would surround me (Ps. 17:9).
  • Deliver me from oppressors that seek after my soul (Ps. 54:3).
  • Break in pieces the oppressor (Ps. 72:4).
  • I rebuke and cast out all spirits of affliction, sorrow, and anything attempting to bring me low in the name of Jesus (Ps. 107:39).
  • Leave me not to my oppressors (Ps. 119:121).
  • Let not the proud oppress me (Ps. 119:122).
  • Deliver me from the oppression of men (Ps. 119-134).
  • I rule over my oppressors in the name of Jesus (Ps. 14:2).
  • Let the oppressors be consumed out of the land (Isa. 16:4).
  • I rebuke the voice of the oppressor in the name of Jesus (Ps. 55:3).
  • I am established in righteousness, and I am far from oppression (Isa. 54:14).
  • Punish those who attempt to oppress me (Jer. 30:20).
  • The enemy will not take my inheritance through oppression (Ezek. 46:18).
  • Execute judgement against my oppressors in the name of Jesus(Ps. 146:7).

Remember to end everything in Jesus name. Demons know their time is near and they know Jesus holds the keys to hell. They will have eternal torture over this earthly playground. Also, understand that you are not the target. God is Satan’s target. You mean nothing to the enemy except that your pain and suffering hurts God, our creator, our Father. That is Satan’s mission. He hates God so much and wants His position that he wants you and your people to be isolated and suffer greatly. He wants you to be confused and oppressed. He wants you separated from all of heaven for all eternity. He will even use people to make you fall, even family. But keep resisting and keep praying. Do not give in and do not give up. You are a warrior. Your mission is to bring the Word of God, the history of Christ and the butt kicking power of the Holy Spirit to fight the good fight for all of God’s children. Because in the end, whether all believe or deny, all will meet and bow on their knees to God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
